Open borders and illegal immigration have brought America to its knees. If our President Trump didn’t intervene, the weight of this problem would have literally destroyed our nation. Open borders dramatically increased illegal drug importation, human trafficking, terrorists, and crimes against our citizens. The most heinies crimes include rape and murder. The crime statistics are alarming and overwhelm our law enforcement agencies leading to further crime. We believe illegal immigration has created a crime wave in America.

  • In 2019, 14% of murder arrests in Texas involved undocumented immigrants (Texas Department of Public Safety)

  • In 2020, 12% of all violent crime arrests in the U.S. involved undocumented immigrants (FBI, UCR Program)

  • In 2018, a Cato Institute study found undocumented immigrants were 2.3 times more likely to be incarcerated for violent crimes (all arrests per 100,000 residents)

  • FBI UCR (2020) showed 10% of national property crime arrestees were undocumented.

  • In 2022, 15% of all federal drug trafficking arrests involved undocumented immigrants (DEA)

  • Pew Research (2021) reported immigrants (including undocumented) make up 15% of federal prisoner drug offenders

Every day we hear stories about American citizens becoming victims of violent crime. A Fox news story recently revealed what seems to be a repeating pattern: A federal judge in Louisiana has released four illegal immigrants with lengthy rap sheets that include convictions for murder and child sex crimes from law enforcement custody earlier this month. On Feb. 6, Judge John deGravelles, an Obama appointee who sits on the bench for the Middle District Court of Louisiana, granted the four defendants release from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, the Department of Homeland Security said.  

"The ramifications will only be the continued rape, murder, assault, and robbery of more American victims," said Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. "Releasing these monsters is inexcusably reckless. President Trump and Secretary Noem are now enforcing the law and arresting illegal aliens who have no right to be in our country." - Louis Casiano
